The Truth is in the silence.

Observe your thoughts. Hear how much time and energy is spent with your inner voice telling you why you need to struggle, judging yourself, comparing yourself to others, or giving you reasons to worry. Realize that these thoughts are not necessary. You can release them, let them go to fade away.

Separate yourself from your thoughts.

Realize that you don’t have to define yourself through your thoughts. Practice letting them go. In the emptiness beneath them lies the opportunity for complete presence, and that presence is what you can use to dive fully into experience.

Remove judgement.

When we judge our perceptions, we are limiting our ability to ride the infinite flow that is available when we surrender. Trust yourself to let go of thoughts, realize that you don’t need to analyze, compare, or expect anything. It can just be as it is, and so can you.
